My Expired Items

I usually blog about new items added in my shop here http://www.etsy.com/shop/BijiBijoux.
But this time I want to talk about my jewelry items which are  expiring almost everyday.  I am selling jewelry supplies very well and I am very appreciative for all the sales I have in my shop but I feel sad when I see no one is buying my pieces already made.
So I decided to do 2 things to help sell my jewelry better. Everyday  I post the (deal of the day)  in my shop announcements.  Any item that will expire soon will go on sale and you can use this coupon for it. The  coupon code is (expired20)  for 20% off. Next, use the coupon code sep10 for 10% off any jewelry pieces over  $15  plus a  free pair of earrings. The  earrings are made of  faceted crystals and the metallic peacock color will match almost any outfit.  The deal worked so far and I sold 2 necklaces already hoping to sell more.
So maybe now is the good time to start shopping  for Christmas at a  good deal.

A few of my new items that will expire soon

Some of the items already expired and I will renew it if someone interested in them.

  4. Biji if they expire you can add a page on your blog or a set in flickr and post the link in your shop announcement and if someone is interested you sell them on etsy. I am thinking of making a gallery like that somewhere for things I don't want to keep in my shop but which I could make again as custom orders.

  7. I feel your pain!

Your jewelry is wonderful, Biji. It's not your jewelry ... it's the quantity of OTHER jewelry on Etsy. Right this minute, there's 2,282,189 jewelry items listed on there ๏̯͡⊙

  12. beautiful pieces. I am experiencing similar problems with items expiring. I have a second site I switch to try to keep selling them. I haven't sold anything there yet either. Its a tough economy to sell in.
